•The submitted research should be relevant to one of the conference themes.
• All submitted research papers go through a scientific review process, and researchers are sent amendments to follow.
• The research paper should include keywords and Arabic & English abstracts.
•The researchers submit a brief CV no longer than five lines along with the completed research paper.
•Use Microsoft Word to prepare the research paper.
• For English papers, use font size 12 and type Times New Roman.
• For Arabic papers, use font size 14 and type Simplified Arabic
• The research should adhere to the standards & components of scientific research as well as the APA (7th Edition) rules for publication and citation.
• The research should not be published or presented at another conference beforehand.
• Abstracts should not be longer than 250 words
Registration and Fees
Student/Attendance: ($100): Certificate of participation, bag, and meals.
Student participating in research: (200 $): certificate of participation, publication of the research, bag, and meals.
Scientist /or researcher/ Attendance: ($150): Certificate of participation, bag, and meals.
Scientist /or researcher/ participating in a research: (500 $): certificate of participation, publication of the research, bag,(breakfast, lunch and dinner) and hospitality, accommodation in a hotel for 3 nights (extra charges apply for 4 and 5 –star hotels), an entertainment trip for a full day, and valuable gifts.

If the number of participants in the research paper is more than one author, each author except the first author shall pay $80 as a fee for a certificate of participation, a bag, and lunches.
